1.Decide what the focus of your weblog will be?
2.Decide who should participate
3.Find a location for the weblog
4.Create a new weblog at Blogger
5.Invite initial team members
6.Populate it with some content for a few days or weeks
7.Invite remaining team members to join
8.Launsch site internally. Inform interested folks about it by sending an e-mail to your workgroup or company-wide.
